Agents can now renew/replace and reissue their IATA/IATAN ID Card online

In a continuing effort to develop web-based systems that save travel agents time and money, IATAN (The International Airlines Travel Agent Network) has added to its OnLine Services the capability for agents to renew their cards, replace a lost or stolen card and reissue a card following changes in personal or employment information.

The service also allows travel agents to request their ID Card Application, Agency Personnel List and Agency Re-certification package online.  It is fast and free of charge.

As the site evolves, travel professionals will also be able to order online other IATA/IATAN products and services.  Turn-around time on everyday requests such as change of ownership, change of location and verification will be accelerated.

Go to IATAN's OnLine Services.  First time users are required to sign-up in order to obtain a password.  After signing-up, IATAN sends each user an e-mail containing a link.  Once the user clicks on this link, the account will be activated.  IATAN’s services are available online from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and around the clock on Saturday and Sunday.
