Participation in the ID Card Program

The IATA/IATAN ID Card is part of a global program that identifies working personnel associated with all IATAN accredited agencies. The ID Card has become widely recognized and is relied upon by the supplier as a convenient method of identifying bona fide agents who may qualify for reduced rates or other industry concessions.

In an ongoing cooperative effort between suppliers and IATAN, various promotions are offered exclusively to IATA/IATAN ID Cardholders. IATAN also offers an "Events" page, which keeps agents informed of upcoming events at trade shows and travel conferences throughout the year. The "Events" page is available on IATAN's Website, see link below, or by calling IATAN's FaxBack® Service and retrieving document #250 respectively.
